Our Team
Rara
Managing Director
Rara is the Managing Director and founder of Jewel Australia Support Services, bringing over 17 years of experience across the Disability and Aged Care sectors. Originally from Zimbabwe, she brings a strong commitment to quality care, leadership and community-focused service delivery. Raised in a culture where community, compassion and looking after one another is deeply valued, Rara has built JASS on these same principles, ensuring every participant is supported with dignity, kindness and respect. Rara is passionate about delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence and meaningful participation. Her leadership is grounded in the belief that every individual deserves to feel empowered to live the life they choose. Known for her warm and approachable nature, Rara has built strong relationships with participants, families, support coordinators and staff, while maintaining strong standards of care, safeguarding and service delivery. Under her leadership, JASS continues to foster a supportive environment where participants can build confidence, develop skills and achieve their personal goals.
Kim
Operation Manager
Kim has 10+ years’ experience in disability support, mental health and operations management. She is caring, respectful and empathetic, and works closely with participants, families and staff to ensure services run smoothly and safely. Kim is passionate about quality service delivery, strong systems, and ensuring supports are consistent, compliant and genuinely participant-focused.
Isaac
Service Coordinator
Isaac brings extensive experience as a support worker and has a strong understanding of participant needs and day-to-day support delivery. He is friendly, approachable and energetic, and is always happy to assist participants, families and staff. Isaac supports smooth service coordination, rostering and communication to ensure participants receive reliable and tailored supports.

Human Resources
Honour supports HR functions across the organisation including recruitment, onboarding, staff documentation and compliance requirements. He assists with workforce support processes and helps ensure staff records, training and employment matters are managed appropriately. Honour works closely with management to support a professional and compliant workplace.
Isiah
Work Health and Safety (WHS)
Isiah supports the organisation across all WHS matters and safety compliance. He brings a strong background in WHS and is proactive in identifying risks and improving safety practices. Isiah is approachable and supportive, and works closely with staff to promote a safe environment for both participants and employees.
Aliyah
Admin, Rostering & Intake Officer
Aliyah is often the first point of contact for participants and families. She has 2 years’ admin experience and 4 years’ previous experience as a support worker, giving her both professional and practical insight into participant needs. Aliyah supports intake, rostering and admin tasks and is friendly, responsive and committed to providing helpful and welcoming support.
