Welcome to Jewel Australia Support Services, we are an NDIS Service Provider based in Canberra, New South Wales and Victoria. We provide Quality, Community Based Care Supports to our Participants. Jewel Australia Support Services Pty Ltd is an Australian Registered Company(ABN 44643376505).

Jewel Australia Support Services is a family-built agency grounded in genuine care, connection and community. We pride ourselves on providing warm, nurturing and reliable supports that are tailored to each individual. Our team is committed to building strong relationships with participants and families, and delivering services with kindness, respect, and attention to detail.

Our Team
Raramayi (Rara) – Managing Director

Rara has over 17 years’ experience across the Disability and Aged Care sectors. She is warm, outgoing and highly people-focused, with a strong passion for delivering safe, high-quality and person-centred supports. Rara is committed to ensuring every participant feels respected, supported and empowered to live with dignity and confidence.

Kimberly (Kim) – Operations Manager

Kim has 10+ years’ experience in disability support, mental health and operations management. She is caring, respectful and empathetic, and works closely with participants, families and staff to ensure services run smoothly and safely. Kim is passionate about quality service delivery, strong systems, and ensuring supports are consistent, compliant and genuinely participant-focused.

Isaac – Service Coordinator

Isaac brings extensive experience as a support worker and has a strong understanding of participant needs and day-to-day support delivery. He is friendly, approachable and energetic, and is always happy to assist participants, families and staff. Isaac supports smooth service coordination, rostering and communication to ensure participants receive reliable and tailored supports.

Honour – Human Resources (HR)

Honour supports HR functions across the organisation including recruitment, onboarding, staff documentation and compliance requirements. He assists with workforce support processes and helps ensure staff records, training and employment matters are managed appropriately. Honour works closely with management to support a professional and compliant workplace.

Aliyah – Admin, Rostering & Intake Officer

Aliyah is often the first point of contact for participants and families. She has 2 years’ admin experience and 4 years’ previous experience as a support worker, giving her both professional and practical insight into participant needs. Aliyah supports intake, rostering and admin tasks and is friendly, responsive and committed to providing helpful and welcoming support.

Isiah – Work Health & Safety (WHS)

Isiah supports the organisation across all WHS matters and safety compliance. He brings a strong background in WHS and is proactive in identifying risks and improving safety practices. Isiah is approachable and supportive, and works closely with staff to promote a safe environment for both participants and employees.

Ysabelle – Business Administrator

Ysabelle supports the office with administration and business operations. With solid admin experience and a strong attention to detail, she helps keep internal processes organised and running efficiently. Ysabelle supports the team with documentation, coordination and day-to-day admin tasks to ensure smooth service delivery.
